02Services and scope
Deliverables, timelines, revision allowances, and fees are defined in the approved project proposal. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and schedule.
03Payment
Payment milestones are set out in each project proposal. Work may pause if an invoice becomes overdue. Deposits reserve creative capacity and may be non-refundable once work has begun.
04Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of approved final deliverables transfers as specified in the project agreement. Unused concepts, working files, methods, and tools remain the property of American Logo Expert unless agreed otherwise.
05Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely feedback, accurate information, and ensuring they have permission to provide all supplied content. Delays in feedback may affect delivery dates.
06Limitation and contact
